Nicole Clarke

Nicole Clarke is Director and Chief Compliance Officer and holds the SMF16 responsibilities for Pershing Securities Limited and Pershing Limited. Nicole is a member of the Executive Committee and an SME expert attendee at the PHUK Board of Directors. Nicole has functional responsibility and oversight for the BNY Pershing EMEA Compliance functions based in London, Liverpool, Dublin and Jersey.

Prior to joining BNY Pershing in 2018, Nicole held senior Compliance roles at BNP Paribas Securities Services, Brown Brothers Harriman, where she also held the position of MLRO; she began her career in custody compliance at Northern Trust.

Nicole is a member of BNY's WIN (Women’s Initiative Network) and IMPACT (Invested in Multicultural Diversity) groups.
