Alpesh Patel

Alpesh Patel is Head of Transformation and a member of the Executive Committee for BNY’s Pershing Limited. Alpesh joined BNY Pershing in 1996 and has more than 30 years of business and information technology experience.

Alpesh leads BNY Pershing EMEA’s transformation and has responsibility for driving business change and innovation in the realms of information technology and digitalisation to support the transformation journey, including enhancing operational efficiency, client experiences and scaling for growth—thereby enabling financial institutions to better serve their clients.

Alpesh is a member of BNY’s WE (Women in Engineering), VETNET (Veterans Network), IMPACT (Multicultural Ethnic and Racial Diversity Network), HEART (The Diverse Abilities Resource Group) and BNY Mentorship, Graduate, Apprentice Programme.

Alpesh earned a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering at the University of London. He has also completed the Securities Industry Institute programme, sponsored by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
