JERSEY CITY, N.J. — BNY Mellon’s Pershing (“Pershing”) has announced the agenda and speakers for its annual INSITE conference, June 8-10, which will be virtual for the first time in its 20-plus-year history and free of charge to all registrants.

This year’s INSITE will center around three main themes: 1) Leadership, 2) Innovation, and 3) Inspiration and Motivation. Presented through a mix of live and on-demand sessions, the all-virtual INSITE 2021 will deliver highly relevant, on-the-go content, ranging from organizational psychology to driving productivity and morale, from building the workforce of the future to cyber-proofing business.

LIVE SESSIONS WITH NOTABLE KEYNOTE SPEAKERS: This year’s INSITE will feature live main stage sessions from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. EDT on June 8, 9, and 10:

June 8 | FOCUS: Leadership: Pershing CEO Jim Crowley and Chief Operating Officer Emily Schlosser will kick off the live portion of the event with a discussion on their vision for the future and how they are reimagining Pershing’s organizational design to deliver better value to clients. The opening remarks will be followed by a session on financial literacy.

Adam Grant, organizational psychologist and best-selling author will deliver the closing keynote of the first day, covering highlights from his latest book Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don’t Know.

June 9 | FOCUS: Innovation: The second day will open with a panel discussion about the latest technology trends in financial advice.

Dr. Sanjay Gupta CNN’s Chief Medical Correspondent and award-winning journalist will conclude the second day of live sessions with a keynote about keeping our brains young, healthy, and sharp as we age.

June 10 | FOCUS: Inspiration & Motivation: Rosie Rios, 43rd Treasurer of the United States, will open the last day of INSITE 2021 with a keynote about how organizations can do more with less and share a case study of how a CEO saved $1B while increasing productivity and morale.

Leslie Odom Jr, Tony & Grammy award-winning artist, will wrap the conference with a conversation on his rise to fame and how his personal ambition and vision shaped his success.

ON-DEMAND CONTENT: Additionally, this year’s INSITE will feature 20 on-demand breakout sessions, all of which will be released the first day of the event and will be available to registrants throughout the month of June.
