To change your document delivery preferences, you will need to log in to your account via the website from your financial organization. Go to the Account Profile screen, ensure you have a valid e-mail address on file and update your delivery preferences. You can find the company name on your statement, tax forms or your account application. Consult the sample statement below for details.
