Stephanie Gopalakrisna is Director, Head of Client Experience and Executive Office for Pershing Limited at BNY Mellon | Pershing. She has overall responsibility for the client experience transformation, operational resilience and business planning for Pershing EMEA. Stephanie also has oversight for marketing initiatives across our client segments in the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Stephanie has 20 years of experience in marketing and communications in dynamic sectors.

Prior to joining Pershing, Stephanie was responsible for marketing and communications at Equiduct, a pan European MTF. Before that, Stephanie held various marketing and communications roles at Natixis Assurances, Swapcom and France Telecom.

Stephanie has a BAC+5 degree in Marketing Services and Management from SKEMA Business School, France, equivalent to an MSc in Management.
