Frost & Sullivan’s Customer Contact Awards—billed as the “People’s Choice Awards” of the customer service industry—honors companies and individual leaders that are shaping the future of customer service.

Albridge received the award in the Omni-Channel Category for its strategy and implementation of current and future customer engagement capabilities in traditional and digital channels.

Albridge was nominated for the Big Kahuna Award after being named a High Achiever Award winner. The Big Kahuna Award is given to the top scoring firm in each respective category.
