Mark Aldoroty, Head of Prime Services at BNY Mellon's Pershing, Named to Global Custodian's Securities Services Hall of Fame
JERSEY CITY, N.J., December 4, 2017 – BNY Mellon's Pershing received two honors at Global Custodian's 2017 Industry Leaders Dinner and Awards Program held in New York City on Thursday, November 30. Mark Aldoroty, Managing Director and Head of Prime Services and Collateral Funding and Trading, was inducted into Global Custodian's "Legends" Hall of Fame. In addition, the Prime Services group earned the Editor's Award for Operations.
The Legend award recognizes individuals who have played a role in shaping today's securities services industry. Global Custodian chose this year's Legends based on individuals' service to the industry, outstanding effort and ability, contribution to industry innovation and progress, and character. This year's inductees were selected from global custody, sub-custody, central depositories, clearing houses, securities lending and financing, mutual fund administration, hedge fund administration, private equity fund administration and prime brokerage firms.

This is the first time Pershing has received this award.
