LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ, April 6, 2016—Albridge, an affiliate of Pershing LLC a BNY Mellon company, today announced that it won four Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Albridge was awarded three bronze distinctions and one silver. Stevie Award placements were determined in final judging by members of seven specialized committees, and were announced at the gala banquet at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada earlier this month.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize the achievements of contact center, customer service, business development and sales professionals worldwide. Created in 2002, they honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide.

Albridge received recognition in the following categories:

  • Contact Center Leader of the Year: Natasha Horn, Vice President, silver winner
  • Front-Line Customer Service Professional of the Year: Julio Garcia, Customer Service Associate, bronze winner
  • Contact Center of the Year: Albridge’s Contact Center, bronze winner
  • Innovation in Customer Service: Albridge’s Improvement in Re-engineering Client Service Quality Programs, bronze winner
