Chief Relationship Officer
Mike Row is the Chief Relationship Officer and a member of the Executive Committee for Pershing, a BNY Mellon company. As Chief Relationship Officer, Mike provides senior leadership to Pershing’s relationship management teams across all segments and facilitates the delivery of all other BNY Mellon services to Pershing’s clients. He also oversees new business development in the U.S. domestic broker-dealer market. Prior to this role, Mike had leadership responsibility for several key areas within Pershing’s domestic introducing broker-dealer businesses.
Mike joined Pershing’s Client Service department in 1987 and has worked with a broad range of financial organizations. During his career at Pershing, Mike has assumed all roles within the core Pershing service model, including client service representative, account manager and relationship manager. Mike has also managed the Relationship Management function for Pershing Advisor Solutions, which provides custody, technology and reporting solutions to registered investment advisors. From 2005 through 2010, Mike served on the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority® (FINRA®) Membership Committee and was a member (2002-2004) and then chair (2004) of the FINRA District 9 Committee covering the Mid-Atlantic. He has also been a member of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Private Client Services Committee.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rutgers University and has also completed the Securities Industry Institute® program, sponsored by SIFMA, at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
