Sareena Dalla Brookshire

Sareena Dalla Brookshire is the Chief Product Officer for BNY Mellon | Pershing. In this role, Sareena leads the development and execution of BNY Mellon Pershing’s global product strategy and oversees our product teams. She is also a member of the Executive Committee and works closely with all areas of our business to optimize investments in our product offerings.

Sareena joins BNY Mellon | Pershing from The Vanguard Group, where she most recently served as Head of Strategic Planning and new offer adoption for its advice business. At Vanguard, she also led and launched private equity advice technologies and was a founding member of the firm’s Innovation Studio. Prior to Vanguard, she designed and launched the Retirement Institute and Retirement Center at BlackRock as Vice President of Digital.

Sareena earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia, and a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University. She sits on the board of SuitUp, a New York City-based nonprofit focused on providing career-readiness education and job opportunities for youth in underserved communities. She also coaches women in the finance and technology industries on leadership skills and career building.
