Kelly Carolan is a Senior Director, People Business Partner, for BNY Mellon | Pershing and a member of the Pershing Executive Committee. She is a global people leader with experience driving digital business initiatives and transformation across multiple industries, with a focus on growth, M&A, change management and transforming organizational processes, technologies and human experiences.
Kelly has been in the HR function for 23 years and has spent the last 10 years as a chief people officer in the tech startup space. Prior to joining BNY Mellon | Pershing, Kelly was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Revecore, and the Head of People at a fintech called Learnvest. She has experience in finance, technology and retail goods, and has worked in various roles at such companies as Shopkeep, eBay, S’well and Ingersoll Rand, among others.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kansas and studied at the University of College Cork, with an emphasis on international politics.
