Pershing Training Services is pleased to announce a redesign and enhancements to the e-Learning Calendar of training events. Available through the Learning Center within The Source via NetExchange Pro, this invaluable tool now provides an at-a-glance snapshot of recommended classes based on professional role and specific process.

This enables you to:

  • Quickly identify cross-training opportunities
  • Encourage self-starters to become more proficient

It is still easy for you to enjoy our live and interactive training sessions via the Internet virtually any time, and with no advanced registration. The following enhancements to the e-Learning Calendar make it easier to find the training classes best-suited for you by selecting courses for a particular professional role or process:

  • Choose classes for a particular professional role. Curriculum suggestions are clearly defined for investment professionals, sales assistants, operations associates, operations management, and compliance. Once you click on a particular role, you are directed to a suggested class list that includes course descriptions and scheduled times.
  • Choose classes by process. Suggested classes are outlined for the following topics: Navigating through NetExchange Pro, Account Opening and Maintenance, Trading and Correction, Cashiering and Asset Movement, Managing Retirement Accounts, Management Tools, and Compliance Tools. Click-through to view groups of classes focused on a process, including course descriptions and scheduled times.
  • New segment entitled “What’s New within NetExchange Pro.” This segment introduces all NEW and re-engineered functionality within our NetExchange Pro platform.
  • New segment entitled “New User Wednesdays.” This segment makes it easier than ever for a new associate to get up to speed quickly on Pershing applications by highlighting the NetExchange Pro for New Users, Items for Attention, and the Order Entry in NetExchange Pro classes which will be offered every Wednesday.

Another improvement that adds convenience to our training schedule is the greater frequency of course availability. Now new users or experienced professionals can get or refresh the skills they need in a more effective time frame—in some cases, completing a suggested training curriculum within approximately two weeks.
