In conjunction with the release of NetX360™, our complete technology solution to efficiently manage all of your business, Pershing announces the availability of a new, streamlined version of e-Document Suite™. The new e-Document Suite allows you to access electronic copies of your clients’ monthly brokerage account statements, Quarterly Performance Reports, Year-End Account Reports and a growing list of investor communications. Other enhancements include:
- Easy-to-navigate interface
All documents, are accessible from a single tab, including your favorites and the results of your requests - Dynamic search capabilities
By simply typing a document name in the search box, you can find your requested document type - Ability to create a list of favorites
Create your own favorites page containing your most vital documents - Larger search result
e-Document Suite will now return up to 3,000 documents per search, an increase of 2,000 documents from the previous site - Retention time
The suggested retention time for each document is displayed - Expanded array of investor communications
New client communications are being continually added to the available electronic documents - Fast access
Documents are now automatically retrieved when you view an account in the Accounts tab
