The Pershing Pavilion is the central gathering point for attendees to view live demos, speak to subject matter experts and request any materials for additional information.

The INSITE look and feel is carried out through the conference in all materials that are on-site, including such pieces as nametag paper, signage, pocket agenda, an on-site book and speaker book wraps.

INSITE Mobile Device App

The iPad, iPhone, Blackberry and Android app allows registrants to view all conference information, download presentations and keep track of their individual schedules and even use GPS tracking to find a booth in the Exhibit Hall.

MySite keeps attendees active and serviced during the conference. Included in MySite is a 3K run on the beach, yoga on the beach and amenities during the conference including massages, head shots and a shoe shine.

INSITE Social Media and SEM

Social media channels including Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube were integrated into our broader digital strategy to increase INSITE attendee engagement and extend the conference's reach. Our Twitter hashtag, #INSITE2012 saw increased engagement of 329% vs. 2011, with non-attendees accounting for 9% of this activity. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts on Google resulted in 118 conference registrations.

A 4-page advertorial promoting INSITE appeared in Bloomberg Markets, reaching 375,000 subscribers from 140 countries and driving 1,300+ visits to the post-conference site to learn more.

INSITE Electronic Communications

All communications to attendees, speakers and sponsors were handled thru electronic communication. Through a series of pre-event electronic communications the INSITE participants were kept abreast on what to expect at INSITE. Through post-event communications, we were able to offer the attendees the ability to view materials from the conference as well as provide input on their experience.
