Diversity at Pershing

Diversity in the workplace includes representation from a broad range of people from all walks of life. At Pershing, our efforts to support a diverse work environment have attracted participation throughout all levels of the firm. We work internally to better recruit, develop, and retain associates from all different groups and to strengthen our associates' skills in working effectively in a diverse environment.

Culture

Diversity Advisor Board

The Diversity Advisory Board provides advice and direction on diversity initiatives, how to foster an inclusive work environment, and ideas for maximizing the potential of all employees to meet the firm's business objectives.


Mentoring

We offer three mentoring programs at Pershing. These programs provide strong role models to help mentees navigate successfully toward their personal and professional goals, while gaining support and visibility within the firm, and establishing relationships with senior managers that would otherwise not be possible.


Affinity Groups

Pershing's Affinity groups are non-profit groups made up of Pershing associates who volunteer their time to help members become more effective in the workplace. These groups are instrumental in fostering a culture within the firm where every associate can thrive.
