Health and Insurance
Pershing offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees and part-time employees working 24 hours or more each week. All benefits for you and your covered dependents commence on the first day of employment with Pershing. Coverage includes:- Medical
- We offer medical insurance through various regional Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO).
- Dental
- We offer medical insurance through various regional HMOs and a PPO.
- Life Insurance
- Pershing pays the premium of basic life insurance for an employee with a maximum benefit of $50,000. Supplemental Life and Personal Accident Insurance is available to employees at an additional cost.
- Flexible Spending Account
- Pershing offers two types of Flexible Spending Accounts-Medical expenses and dependent care expenses. Employees may set aside from $100 to $5,000 for additional medical expenses or the care of a dependent child or parent.
- Employee Assistance Program
- Pershing employees have access to a confidential counseling and referral service through American Psych Systems.

- Pershing offers back-up child care services for full-time associates to use in emergency situations.
- Flexible Work Arrangements
- Pershing offers opportunities to apply for alternative work arrangements.
- Lunch and Learn Seminars
- We offer seminars on various topics, ranging from asset allocation to the discipline of children. Experts are brought in to discuss these topics.
- Financial Counseling
- Representatives from the Financial Focus Group meet individually with individually to discuss financial plans for the present and the future. This service is offered to all of our regional offices and coincides with many of the Lunch and Learn seminars.
- Wellness Programs
- The good health of our employees is important. Various screenings are offered throughout the year.
- Corporate and Intramural Sports
- Employees work hard at Pershing, but they also play hard. Currently, we offer both corporate and intramural softball.
- Recreational Discounts
- Discounts are offered at the following recreational sites: Great Adventure, Universal Studios, Sesame Place, Hershey Park, Busch Gardens, Sea World, Medieval Times, and Liberty Science Center.
- Tuition Reimbursement
- Employees are eligible to participate in our Tuition Reimbursement Program after one year of service.
