Ted Bragg is a Managing Director for Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, where he is responsible for strategic planning, risk management and oversight of the fixed income trading and sales desks. Mr. Bragg has nearly 20 years of trading experience. Before joining Pershing in 2006, he was a Managing Director at eSpeed, where he was responsible for product development, business planning and relationship management for their electronic fixed income division.
Prior to that, Mr. Bragg held senior management positions at Fidelity Capital Markets, including Senior Vice President and Head of Fidelity Capital Markets’ fixed income trading. In this position, he managed the strategic development of fixed income trading services and product development, including the design and implementation of a proprietary e-commerce trading solution. Mr. Bragg has also held senior management positions as a U.S. government bond trader in the New York and London offices of Barclays Capital Markets and Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Bragg is the vice chair of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association’s Regional Dealer Committee. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University.
