Suresh Kumar is a Managing Director, Chief Information Officer and a member of the Executive Committee for Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, where he is responsible for application development, program management, process assurance, project management, quality assurance and technology product management. Mr. Kumar is also the Chief Executive Officer of iNautix Technologies India Private Limited, a technology affiliate of Pershing that provides offshore development services, and Chief Executive Officer of iNautix (USA), a technology affiliate of Pershing that provides technology products and services to the financial services industry.
Before joining Pershing, Mr. Kumar was the Chief Information Officer of CSFBdirect. Mr. Kumar is a member of the Technology Advisory Committee of the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation, a member of the Technology Management Committee of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association and the Chairman of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc.’s Technology Advisory Committee. He is also on the Advisory Board for Stevens Institute of Technology.
Mr. Kumar earned a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras, a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management at Ahmedabad and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology. Mr. Kumar was named “CIO of the Year” in 2006 by the New Jersey Technology Council and named to CIO Insight magazine’s annual list of “Top 100 CIOs” in 2007
