Lucille Mayer is a Managing Director, Chief Quality Officer, and a member of the Executive Committee for Pershing LLC. She is also a Senior Manager in the firm's Technology Products and Services Group. Overall, Ms. Mayer's responsibilities focus on developing innovative technology solutions as part of Pershing's NetExchange® product suites, and on improving the quality of transaction and project execution leveraging programs and disciplines, such as reengineering, Six Sigma, and service excellence. Ms. Mayer joined Pershing in 1990 as a Project Leader responsible for Clearance Systems within the Pershing Technology Group (PTG). During her 11-year tenure in PTG, Ms. Mayer held various senior positions in Applications Development and Information Management. Since 2001, she has held leadership positions in both Operations and Enterprise Project Management. In 2006, she became Pershing's Chief Quality Officer.

Before joining Pershing, Ms. Mayer was an Applications Development Manager at Shearson Lehman Hutton, responsible for mutual fund applications. Before that, at Manufacturers Hanover Trust, she was responsible for developing personal trust applications. She is a member of the Business Review Committee, Privacy Steering Committee, Technology Priorities Committee, and The Bank of New York Mellon's Technology Services Group Board of Directors. Ms. Mayer is also a Board Member and Treasurer of the York Street Project, a Jersey City nonprofit organization. Ms. Mayer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York.
