James Crowley is a Managing Director and a member of the Executive Committee of Pershing LLC, where he is responsible for the National Customers Group. Mr. Crowley leads a dedicated team of professionals who oversees the customer relationship process, including Account Management, Customer Service, Customer Training, Marketing and Communications, Product Management and Development, and Sales and Relationship Management. Mr. Crowley joined Pershing in 1982 and has worked in various areas of the firm, including Client Services, Equity Trading, and Fixed Income. He also has extensive experience managing and developing customer relationships.

Mr. Crowley is a member of the Financial Planning Association and a frequent speaker at industry events. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Florida State University and is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute® (SII), sponsored by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Crowley presently serves as Chairperson of the SII.
