Jagdish Rangwani is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of iNautix, an affiliate of Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, which provides technology products and services to the financial services industry. He is responsible for the overall management of business development, product development, customer technology development, business consulting services and project management areas.
Mr. Rangwani joined Pershing’s PC Financial Network (PCFN) division in 1994 and was responsible for building the client server-based PCFN online trading system. During his career, Mr. Rangwani has designed and developed application architecture for online trading systems and subsequently designed and deployed redundant data centers for hosting e-commerce trading systems for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation and Pershing’s NetExchange®suite of products. Mr. Rangwani also managed iNautix Technologies India Private Limited, Pershing’s offshore development center, for over two years.
Before joining Pershing, Mr. Rangwani worked at Micrognosis, where he built market data distributions systems. Prior to that, he worked as Assistant Executive Engineer for the Oil and Natural Gas Commission of India, building networks for voice, data and telemetry systems for offshore oil platforms. Mr. Rangwani earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (Electronics and Communications) from Gujarat University, and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
