Dennis Wallestad

Dennis Wallestad is the Chief Financial Officer and a Managing Director for Pershing LLC, where he is responsible for all of the Pershing financial functions. This includes financial reporting in the United States, United Kingdom, and Asia. Additionally, he is responsible for customer pricing, treasury, Business Unit Controllers regulatory reporting, and credit. Mr. Wallestad is also Chief Financial Officer of Pershing Advisor Solutions LLC.

Before joining The Bank of New York, Mr. Wallestad held a number of senior management positions at Strong Investments in the broker-dealer, mutual fund, and advisory areas of the firm. From 1997 until 1999, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at B. C. Ziegler, where he led the management team that selected Pershing as the firm's financial products and services solutions provider. Prior to joining B. C. Ziegler, Mr. Wallestad held several senior management positions at Firstar Corporation, where he served as Chief Financial Officer of Firstar Trust and Investment Group, which included the bank's trust company, broker-dealer, and investment management company. Concurrent with his responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Wallestad held a number of senior management positions at Firstar Corporation, including responsibilities as Vice President of Operations, Treasurer, and Compliance Officer of Firstar Investment Research & Management Co. From 1985 to 1994, Mr. Wallestad worked at Arthur Anderson where he was a Manager in the Audit Division.

Mr. Wallestad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Auburn University and a Master degree in Accounting from Oklahoma University.
