Aaron Steinberg is a Vice President at Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, where he is a Hedge Fund Relationship Manager. In this role, Mr. Steinberg is responsible for establishing and servicing hedge fund prime brokerage relationships and providing hedge fund consulting.
Prior to joining Pershing in July 2007, Mr. Steinberg served as a Vice President for Bear Stearns Global Clearing Services, where he was a member of the Prime Brokerage Consulting Group. Mr. Steinberg had responsibility for consulting hedge funds on a variety of operational and infrastructure-related issues.
Previous to his work at Bear Stearns, Mr. Steinberg was Head of Trading Floor Technology for Dreyfus and Mellon HBV Alternative Strategies. He also served as a Network Engineer at Furman Selz (now UBS Prime Brokerage) supporting the technology needs of their hedge fund clients.
Mr. Steinberg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the State University of New York, Albany.
